Maybe the bottle was mislabeled? Smells like baby powder February 14, 2010 MJC (Ventura, CA) I bought this for my wife as a little Valentines Day gift and this bottle doesn't have much actual almond or marzipan scent at all, it pretty much smells somewhat like baby powder. It smells that way on her skin as well as from the bottle. I double checked the labels on the box and bottle, yes both do read "Almond Cookie". I tried shaking the bottle to "mix it up", no difference. I also bought my wife GB Almond shower gel, now that does have a nice almond scent to it and smells great on her. She has a jar of "Almond Cookie Shea Souffle" skin cream on the way which didn't make it on time (shipped by UPS...nuff said about that), I hope that it actually smells more like almond than this does. I have read other reviews of this product where people have complained of the "OVERPOWERING" scent of almond and thought "well she could just use less of it", that is definitely not the problem this time; I can barely smell it. Maybe this manufacturer needs to pay more attention to quality assurance so that each batch comes out smelling the same. At $35.00 shipped it's not at all expensive for an EDT but I did expect more since there are body sprays that cost much less and generally smell according to their labels. Maybe somebody out there ordered the baby powder like scent and got my wife's "Almond Cookie" instead?
I'm revising my review further, I checked the other reviews again and totally agree with the one that said that it smells like "scented toilet paper" and doesn't go away, they hit it right on the money! Sephora will let you return items and they pay for shipping (good seller!). This bottle is heading back to them ASAP.
YUMMY February 8, 2009 Angel This is my winter scent. It smells like warm christmas cookies. I use it in layers: The body wash, lotion and the spray.
I always get compliments.

you've got to be kidding me. Almond cookie, smelled more like scented toilet paper and Jean Nate that never wears off. Don't be fooled by the other reviews.
This is the perfect fragrant everybody should wear it. it doest not bother my allergy. if I cannot eat it I sure can wear it. July 21, 2008 Paula Williams (Freeport NY) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I was introduce to this fragrant by a friend. she gave me as a gift last christmas. I really loved it. I cannot use a lot of fragrant due to my allergic situation but this one does not bother me . I am alergic to almond but the fragrant does not bother me at all. I do love it very much.
You should definately give it a try.
This scent is amazing January 27, 2008 Melissa (Atlanta, GA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I love the way the Almond Cookie smells. I first tried it on at work one day and my co-workers all said "Oh, that smells good". Later that night I had my boyfriend smell it. He just smiled and said "MMMM... I like". I admit I love anything that has an almond scent, but this scent is just so yummy. I love it!! My man loves it too :)
